Movement coaching and fitness training at Guy Golds Performance Centre

Without moving well, we cannot build adequate amounts of strength and stability into the joints. That is why we believe functional biomechanics and movement analysis should underpin all exercise rehabilitation, strength training and basic movement patterning.

By looking at how each person moves through all planes of motion, we can gain an understanding of what areas of the body need improvement, and what areas hold success.

 

We assess patients by applying evidence-based tests to obtain objective information. We then formulate a sound exercise or rehab program according to their personal goals.

 

At the Guy Gold Performance Centre we can now offer bespoke fitness plans and training for patients wanting to improve their general health and well-being.
