Our one-to-one clinical Pilates classes involve tailored exercises to improve your strength and biomechanics – the structure, function and motion of your body.


Clinical Pilates is suitable for people of all ages and experience and uses body-weight and resistance-based exercises. As a low-impact for exercise, Pilates is perfect for recovery from injury, reducing pain and for general wellness. It can particularly improve:
