Clinical Pilates at Guy Gold Performance Centre

Our one-to-one Clinical Pilates classes involve tailored exercises to improve your strength and biomechanics – the structure, function and motion of your body. Sessions take place in our well-equipped gym in The Form Room, Kentish Town, with a range of state-of-the-art equipment including a Balanced Body Reformer.


Clinical Pilates is suitable for people of all ages and experience and uses body-weight and resistance-based exercises. As a low-impact form of exercise, Pilates is perfect for recovery from injury, reducing pain and for general wellness. It can particularly improve:


  • Posture, balance and core stability

  • Muscular strength, endurance and flexibility

  • Improved function of pelvic floor and deep abdominal muscles

  • Prevention of injuries

  • Aiding rehabilitation

  • Restoration of normal movement patterns and alignment
