Our Philosophy

We take a holistic approach to Osteopathy and Physiotherapy, with a focus on treating the individual, rather than a condition, to support your overall health and wellbeing. We believe that the work we do should support you to live your life in the way that you want: happy, fulfilled and healthy. When attending an Osteopathy, Physiotherapy or Movement Coaching consultation with us, you will be treated with the utmost care, respect and empathy; if you have any questions about how a consultation works, please have a look at our FAQs.

What is Osteopathy?

Osteopathy is a form of musculoskeletal therapy that looks at the muscles and bones and how they work together in a patient's body. It's a non-invasive form of manual therapy that uses evidence-based techniques to treat patients, meaning it's safe for people of all ages.

Osteopathy can be used to treat a range of joint problems, arthritic pain, minor sports injuries, general, acute and chronic back pain, circulatory issues, and migraines.

What is Physiotherapy?

Physiotherapy helps to restore movement and function when someone is affected by injury, illness or disability. It can also help to reduce your risk of injury or illness in the future.
